Medicare Case Reviews & Appeals

Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organizations (BFCC-QIOs) now manage all beneficiary complaints and quality of care reviews to ensure consistency in the review process while taking into consideration local factors important to beneficiaries and their families. This effort aims to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, economy, and quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries.

KEPRO is the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) in Wisconsin and works to protect the quality and safety of care delivered to Medicare beneficiaries.
