MetaStar is a membership organization comprised of physicians. Its primary purpose is to provide quality and efficiency of health care services. No annual dues are required for membership, nor are physicians required to maintain membership in other organizations. Membership is open on a continuing basis to all physicians engaged in professional activities, who hold a current and unrestricted medical or osteopathic license from, or recognized by, the Medical Examining Board of the State of Wisconsin.

Any qualified physician who voluntarily elects to become a member need only submit the completed application form to be added to the membership roster. A member need only abide by the MetaStar bylaws (available upon request) to remain a continuing member. While members are strongly encouraged to be come involved in the activities of MetaStar, it is not a requirement of membership to participate in any of MetaStar's activities.
